In the state of Wisconsin must an employer pay out accrued vacation time if an employee quits without giving 2 weeks notice?

In Wisconsin employees are generally entitled to payment for earned but unused vacation upon termination, unless there is specifically a company policy in place that says otherwise. Usually that policy should be in writing, and should be presented to the employees ahead of time.

Often vacation policies can be found in employee handbooks or workplace posters.

So unless the company already has a written policy that employees who give notice will not be paid for unused vacation time, yes, you probably have to pay this worker.
