Hi Mark! We aren't familiar with square one, but at most businesses to apply you would simply go to the business, and tell them you would like to fill out an application. Dress neatly as you would for an interview. They will give you an application to fill out. In many cases, you can take a papaer application home to fill out and bring back. In other cases, they will have the application form online. Be aware that your chances of getting a job are much better after you are 16. You can also post questions on our sister site at www.laborlawtalk.com. HTH, and thanks for reading the blogs!~ Caitlin
