Does an employer have to pay my earned vacation after being terminated in the state of Oklahoma? What are the laws on this?

Oklahoma employers must pay earned but unused vacation upon termination when the company has a policy or past practice of doing so.  Normally the policy will be in the employee handbook.

If the employer refuses, the Wage and Hour Unit of the Oklahoma Department of Labor will assist in collecting.
