I have recently given my employer a two weeks notice. The employer told me that I had to leave with pay for the remainder two weeks. Within those two weeks, I earned my vacation. (Three Years = Three weeks of vacation) Do they have to pay me for the vacation I earned?

No the employer does not have to pay you for the vacation, because you did not remain employed long enough to earn it.  Suppose John gives two week’s notice on July 1. His final day of work will be July 15. Instead, John’s employer tells him not to work out his notice. The employer is under no legal obligation to pay John for that time. However, if the employer does pay John for the time, it is severance pay, not salary. John’s last day of employment would be July 1. The fact that he would have qualified for vacation pay if he was still employed on July 15 is immaterial.
