This site seems great and all the answers seem legit and written by well informed professionals. Just for my own knowledge - who responds to the questions and what are their professional backgrounds? Can you explain the connection between this and the Labor Law Center? Thank you!!!
Thanks, Jen! We have a staff of Human Resources professionals from different industries who respond to questions. Occasionally, they are stumped and we check the answer with the state or federal Department of Labor, or other regulatory agency…but it does not happen very often!
Labor Law Center graciously provides the site for free, for HR pros to post questions on. However, they do not control the answers or dictate the content of the answers. They simply hope that HR pros will consider their products, in appreciation for the free service provided.
Labor Law Center also hosts two other informative sites. Interesting articles on the latest labor laws are posted at blog.laborlawcenter.com and laborlawtalk.com answers HR questions for employees. Thanks for asking!
