Smoking at Work

Can you provide a room at work for employees who smoke to do so?

That depends upon the state you are in. Some states prohibit smoking at almost every workplace, period. Others permit smoking rooms if certain conditions for ventillation, etc. are met. Some states permit smoking in certain private offices. Other states pretty much permit a private employer to set whatever smoking policies they like.
