(He has used all his sick time and all his vacation year to date) He left a message on my voice mail the night before saying that he would not be in the following day and he also told me that one of his direct reports was with him and would not be in. I confronted him upon his return about how inappropiate his behavior was and he thinks I am making a big deal over nothing. What are my rights and what are his?
