What is the minimum wage for a part-time farm worker?

This will depend upon the state. However, the federal minimum wage law and many state minimum wage laws do not cover agricultural workers. This loophole means that frequently farm workers can be paid far below the minimum wage.

The federal minimum wage is the same for full time and part time workers. This is often true of state minimum wages, as well.
