If an employee is still active but is not on the schedule can she still collect unemployment reduced hours? She worked 30 hours in the past and 15 hours for almost l1 months now.

Many states allow an employee whose hours have been significantly reduced to collect partial unemployment benefits. There are too many unknown factors for us to determine this employees eligibility.

Suppose Tina normally worked 30 hours per week. Due to a sudden reduction in business, Tina is now being scheduled to work only 2 hours per week. She might very well qualify for partial unemployment benefits.
