Arizona meal breaks

I know that Arizona does not have any meal or rest break laws and that the federal rule applies. I would like to clarify that if an employer does give rest breaks that are under 20 minutes, those breaks must be paid?

Under FLSA, any employer must pay for breaks that are under 20 minutes long. You do not have to pay for breaks over 20 minutes as long as the employee is relieved of all duties during this time. Typical paid breaks are 10 or 15 minutes in length.
