Holiday Pay for Part time employees

If a holiday falls on a Monday, and a part time salaried employee does not regularly work on Mondays, does said employee still receive holiday pay?

Employers are not required by federal or state law to provide holidays off or to pay employees for holidays if they are off. Whether or not this employee should be paid will depend on your company’s holiday pay policy.
