Under California Labor Laws, how many hours consitutes full time? What is the cut off hours for a full time status?

There is no legal definition of full-time or part-time employment. This distinction is left up to individual employers. Some employers consider full-time to be a work schedule of 32 hours or more while others require 40 hours to be considered full-time.
