HIPPA

I was fired 8yrs ago for a HIPPA violation. I worked for a Hospital and was terminated for looking a person up in the system. Would I ever be able to be rehired with this Hospital?

A HIPPA violation is serious, the government could impose fines and jail time for those individuals and companies who violate the law. The hospital that you were terminated from should have a policy on HIPPA, and would be able to tell you if they would reemploy you at that facility.
