FMLA for Full Time to Part Time employee

We have an employee that went from full time to part time a month ago. What is the FMLA requirement for us as an employer?

The U.S. Department of Labor states that employees are eligible for FMLA if they have worked for their employer at least 12 months, at least 1,250 hours over the past 12 months, and work at a location where the company employs 50 or more employees within 75 miles.

Part time employees (provided they meet eligibility requirements) are entitled to the same benefits as if the employee was full time. If the employee does not have health insurance you do not have to give benefits to the employee, all other entitlement apply.
