Overtime in Texas

Is it mandatory to pay double time after 80 hours in one work week in Texas?

Texas follows the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) in regards to overtime regulations. Under the FLSA, non-exempt employees must be paid for every hour worked and receive overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek at a rate not less than time and one-half their regular rates of pay. Exempt employees are not subject the overtime regulations set forth under the FLSA. The FLSA has no requirement for double time pay.
