Employee Evaluation

If an employee transitions from a full-time employee to PRN is that employee still entitled to yearly evaluations?

Employee evaluations are intended to provide an assessment of employees’ overall work performance. Evaluations are typically conducted annually on all employees, regardless of their status (i.e. full time, part time, per diem). Even though a PRN is called in to work only as needed, they are still performing work functions. Thus, their work should be reviewed and assessed just like any other worker.
